Macro image

On November 16, 2024, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the dépôt légal of the Bibliothèque Cantonale Universitaire (BCU), an immersive and unique video event will take place at Nouveau Monde. The evening will feature four concerts spanning a variety of genres — rap, metal, rock, and ambient DJ performances — promising an unforgettable experience.
Together with Emma Baeriswly, our mission is to create a striking visual journey. Drawing on organic elements sourced locally from the Fribourg region and capturing them through macro photography, we craft innovative images that will be transformed live with Modul8. These transformations will present a captivating and evolving visual display, blending nature, art, and technology into a harmonious spectacle.
This ongoing video project symbolizes the union of local heritage and contemporary creativity, paying tribute to the half-century legacy of the dépôt légal.

FIFF

As part of the Fribourg International Film Festival (FIFF), I had the opportunity to conceive and direct the festival’s official opening sequence at Eikonlab. Under the guidance of Thierry Jobin and Volontier, who introduced us to the theme Murder & Mystery, we explored an immersive narrative concept where time becomes a key element of the story.
Together with Anouk Geimoz, Évolène Lavanchy, and Rebecca Schull, we staged a sequence in which the same location is seen at different moments: first marked by the crime, then by the arrival of law enforcement. This play on chronology deconstructs the event and immerses the audience in an intriguing atmosphere before the films presented by the festival.
